When things get physical, there is potential for injury, when used too much then the acute sprain and strain injuries are the most common.  Athletes  normally require high stamina and demand placed upon their body, which stresses their muscles, joints and bones to the limit. Every sports physiotherapist usually has sport-specific knowledge that addresses acute, chronic and overuse injuries.
